摘　　要：30MnSi热轧盘条经拉拔强化和调质热处理后使用,主要应用于制作港口混凝土管桩、高层建筑地基混凝土管桩等。从生产开发的角度,对预应力钢棒用热轧盘条30MnSi的成分设计,炼钢和轧钢重点工艺控制进行了较为详细的阐述。After the hot-rolled wirerod is drawn and heat-treated, the 30MnSi can be used for the tubular peg in concrete of the port and on the basement of high-rise. The details about the component design of 30MnSi and the main process of steel-making and steel-rolling are given in the paper.
