摘　　要：强调发电厂升压站安全管理工作的重要性,对升压站存在的影响安全运行的问题进行了分析,并提出加强升压站安全管理的意见和措施。The importance of safety management work of the step-up substation in power plant is stressed. Existing problems about safe operation of the substation in Huaibei Power Plant are discussed, and improving opinions and measures in operation and maintenance and management are proposed.
