摘　　要：在进行试验的基础上，提出了利用陆地卫星ＴＭ影象，判读各地类面积成数，配合少量地面固定样地，建立和完善县级森林资源连续清查体系，编制森林分布图，从而快速准确地查清以县为总体的森林资源数量和质量，摸清森林资源消长变化规律的技术和方法．解决了我国森林资源一类调查成图的问题．为建立和完善县级森林资源连续清查体系提供了依据．On the basis of expelments, the author developed a set of techniques and methods. They are asfollows:by utilizing land satellite photo-topographmaps,the sort of the land is interpreted and the percentageof land area of each sort is computed ;by providing a few fixed field sample plots, the county-level forest resources successive assessment system is established and perfected;and thus. the quality and quantity of forestresources taking county as a population can be assessed sarily and accurately, and the varying law of thegrowth and decline of forest resources can be.found out. The technique and method solves the problem ofmapping in the forest inventory in China and provides a referential basis for establishing and perfecting county-level forest resources continuous assessment system.'
