摘  要:研究了Cu对高硅铁基合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明在高硅铁基合金中加入一定量的Cu可使石墨由片状分布变为球状均匀分布,使其组织细化与均匀化,并在晶界上有富铜相析出,提高了高硅铁基合金的耐蚀性能,力学性能也有明显的改善。Influence of Cu on the microstructure and properties of high silicon iron-base alloy are studied in this paper. Experimental results show that adding proper amount of Cu the graphite of high silicon iron-base alloy is changed from flake to nodule-like and graphite is more uniformly distributed. Cu-rich phase precipitates on the grain boundary. Corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of high silicon iron-base alloy containing Cu are significantly improved. The Influence of Cu content on the microstructure and properties of high silicon iron-base alloy are studied in this paper. Experimental results show that, by adding proper amount of Cu into high silicon iron-base alloy, the graphite changing from scale distribution to uniform spherical distribution and refining and homogenizing of its microstructure, Cu precipitated in the crystal boundary, corrosion resistance as well as mechanical properties of high silicon iron-base alloy have been obvious improved also.
