摘  要:采用Thermecmaster-Z型热加工模拟实验机对Ti-1023合金进行了等温恒应变速率压缩试验,变形温度范围为:740~820℃;变形速率为:0.001~1s-1.在对试验数据进行系统分析的基础上,全面揭示了Ti-1023合金在等温锻造条件下的热态变形行为.分析了锻造热力参数对流动应力的影响,提出了以Zener-Hollomn参数表征的Ti-1023合金本构方程.并初步分析了Ti-1023合金等温锻造过程中显微组织演化规律.根据分析结果,Ti-1023合金等温锻造宜在略低于相变点温度下以相对高的变形速率进行.Isothermal constant strain rate compression tests of Ti-1023 all oy were carried out by using thermecmaster-Z hot simulater. The range of test parameters were as follow:temperature 740~820℃; strain rate 0.001~1s-1. Based o n the systemic analysis of experimental data, the hot deformation behavior of Ti -1023 alloy under isothermal forging condition was explored . The effect of ther malmechanical parameters on flow stress was analyzed. A constitutive relationshi p of Ti-1023 alloy described by Zener-Hollomn parameter was formulated. The mi crostructure evolution during the isothermal forging process was discussed. Acc ording to the results, it is proposed to perform isothermal forging process of T i-1023 alloy at the relative high strain rate and under the temperature closed to phase transition point.
