摘 要:采用一种简单的物理技术—聚合物溶液或熔体浸润多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板的方法,在孔径仅为200nm的AAO模板中制备聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米管阵列。SEM和TEM测试结果表明:熔体法制备的纳米管壁厚约为110nm;5.0wt%和10.0wt%的PS溶液制备的纳米管壁厚分别为70nm和80nm。并初步探索了模板法制备聚合物纳米管的多次浸润机理。The mechanically stable Polystyrene (PS) nanotubes with array structure were prepared by wetting anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template with 200nm pores with a solution or melt of normal molecular weight PS (Mn≈ 180,000). The results of TEM and SEM show that the wall thickness of nanotubes prepared by using polymer melt is about 110nm, and that of nanotubes prepared by using the 5.0wt% and 10.0wt% polymer solutions is 70nm and 80nm, respectively. The wall of melt- nanotubes is thicker than that of the solution ones, and for the latter, the higher the concentration is, the thicker the wall is. A multi-time wetting mechanism of preparing polymer nanotubes with PS solution is also proposed.
