摘  要:用氧化硅作载体,以分子筛为活性组分制备催化剂。考察了反应条件对不同硅铝比的分子筛制备的催化剂对碳五烯烃转化制丙烯和乙烯的活性和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,在500℃、0.2M Pa、V(水)∶V(油)=0.6、原料空速3h-1的条件下,用高硅铝比(n(S iO2)∶n(A l2O3)=200)分子筛制备的催化剂的活性和选择性比用低硅铝比(n(S iO2)∶n(A l2O3)=50)分子筛制备的催化剂的活性和反应选择性好。在连续240h反应中,碳五烯烃转化率大于80%,丙烯产率大于31%,乙烯产率大于7%。A series of catalysts used in conversion of C5 olefins to ethylene and propylene were prepared by loading different active components on SiO2 and their catalytic performances were investigated. Effects of different n(SiO2) : n(Al2O3) molecular sieves and reaction conditions on activity and stability of catalysts were studied. Conversion and selectivity of catalyst with molecular sieve n(SiO2) : n(Al2O3)=200 were higher than those with molecular sieve n(SiO2) : n(Al2O3)=50. When 500°C, 0.2 MPa, V(H2O) : V(Oil)=0.6, LHSV 3 h-1 and catalyst with molecular sieve n(SiO2) : n(Al2O3)=200, conversion of C5 olefins was more than 80%, and yields of propylene and ethylene were more than 31% and 7% respectively during 240 h of reaction.
