摘 要:依据柔性石墨和现代橡胶的理论对高性能柔性石墨复合增强密封材料的原料进行实验选择,通过正交设计等数理统计的方法进行配方优化设计的实验研究,确定了可以制备具有高性能的柔性石墨复合增强密封材料的合理配方.研究结果表明:增塑剂DOP为2份、固体古马隆为10 份、C9石油树脂为4份时,复合材料的柔软性和压缩回弹性最好;丁睛树脂100份,柔性石墨320 份,碳黑15份,碳纤维8份,软化体系4.5份,制备的橡胶基柔性石墨复合密封材料的力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度达11.4MPa.In order to use some excellent physical qualities of non - rigid graphite, sealing material as well as overcome its fatal faults such as poor strength, sealing effect, bendability and elasticity, based on non - rapid and modern rubber theory, experimental option was made on original high - standard non - rigid graphite composite enhancing sealing material, and experimental study was made on optimization of prescription design with intersecting design and other mathematical statistical methods, so that an appreciate prescription of preparing high - standard non - rigid graphite composite enhancing sealing material was determined.
