摘　　要：某砖混结构办公大楼2、3、4层办公室改造为档案馆,楼板、梁、柱等结构构件均需加固,采用加大截面的方案。对1层顶承墙梁抗剪力能力不足采用粘贴钢板的方案进行加固。Some brick and concrete mixed structure office building was remoulded into archives.The structural member such as plank,beam,pillar,etc.needed to be reinforced.The project of increasing section was adopted on the 2,3,and 4 layers.The shearing resistance was lacking for main wall beam on the first floor,so the project of reinforcing the structure with steel plate was adopted.
