肩关节松动术结合医疗体操治疗肩周炎62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肩关节松动术结合医疗体操治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将收集的62例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组进行疗效对比观察。治疗组32例,应用肩关节松动术及医疗体操治疗;对照组30例,应用针灸、理疗治疗。对两组治疗效果制定统一的评价标准。结果一疗程后治疗组32例,治愈率78.1%,总有效率96.8%,对照组30例,治愈率16.7%,总有效率73.3%。经统计学处理P<0.01,两组治疗效果有显著性差异。结论应用肩关节松动术及医疗体操治疗肩周炎疗效显著,疗程短。Objective To observe the curative effect of freezing shoulder treated with joint mobilization and medical gymnastics.Methods cases of patient with freezing shoulder were divided into two groups randomly treatment group 32 cases and control group 30 cases.Curative effects were observed and compared.The patients in treatment group were taken joint mobilization and functional exercise.The patients in control group were taken acupuncture and physiotherapy. The assessment curative effect of was made in both groups. Results In treatment group,the rate of curative effect was 78.I%and good effective rate was 96.8%.In control group,the curative effect rate was 16.7% and good effective rate was 73.3%.There was significantly difference of curative effect between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusions The joint mobilization and medical gymnastics might be effective for treatment of freezing shoulder with short treatment course,convenient and economic.This method could be extensive used in clinic.
