295例泌尿生殖道感染者病原体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市芳村地区泌尿生殖道感染者中奈瑟氏淋球菌(Ng)、溶脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、沙眼衣原体(Ct)及白色念珠菌(Ca)混合感染的检出情况。方法Ng用Thayer-Martin培养基培养;Uu和Mh用伊洁培养基培养;Ct用Surestepchvamydia抗原检测卡检测。结果Ng阳性率为6.78%,Uu阳性率为50.50%,Mh阳性率为5.76%,Ct阳性率为0.68%,混合感染率为1.34%,总混合感染率为6.10%。结论广州市芳村地区泌尿生殖道感染率为63.72%,以Uu最高(50.50%),并存在合并感染。Objective To investigate the situation about urogenital infection under suspicion with Neissrin gonorrhoeae(Ng),uredplasma urealytium(Uu),mycoplasma hominis(Mh),chlamydia trachomatis(Ct)and in Fangcun.Methods Ng was cultured with Theyer-Martin,Uu and Mh were cultured with EJIE,Ct was detected by using surestep chlamydia.Results Positive rates were (6.78% for Ng,50.50% for Uu,5.76% for Mh,0.68% for Ct and 6.10% for the mixed-communication,respectively.Conclusion The positive rate of urogenital infection is 63.72%.Uu is the highest and the mixed-communication exists in Fancun district.
