摘  要:目的:观察低强度脉冲超声治疗兔关节软骨缺损的效果。方法:在21只兔股骨内侧髁软骨面处钻孔,作为动物模型。术后左后肢膝关节缺损处以低强度脉冲超声辐射作为治疗侧,右后肢予以假辐射作为对照侧。分别于术后2周、4周和8周全部处死取材,作透射电镜检查。结果:治疗侧软骨缺损修复速度及修复组织质量均比对照侧高。结论:低强度脉冲超声能有效地治疗关节软骨缺损。Objective:To observe the effects of articular cartilage defect after treatment by low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPU) through transmission electron microscope.Method:Twenty-one adult New Zealand white rabbits with bilateral, full-thickness osteochondral defects in the cartilage surfaces of medial condyles were used. The left knees in these animals were treated. The right knees were not treated.Groups of 7 animals each were sacrificed at 2,4 and 8 weeks postoperative for transmission electron microscope.Result:Ultrasound treatment could accelerate the repairing of cartilage defect and the quality of repaired tissues was better than nontreated controls.Conclusion:LIPU is effective to treat articular cartilage defect.
