摘　　要：从喀里多豆荚软珊瑚（ＬｏｂｏｐｈｙｔｕｍｃａｌｅｄｏｎｅｎｓｅＴｉｘＤｕｒ）中分离得到２种晶体１与２，经光谱数据分析鉴定二者的结构分别为２４ζ－甲基胆甾－３β，５α，６β，２５－四醇－２５－单乙酸酯和２４ζ－甲基胆甾３β，５α，６β－四醇。Two compunds 1 and 2 have been isolated from the soft coral Lobophytum caledOnense Tix Dur collected from the South China Sea and their structures have beenestablished as 24ζ-methylcholestane-3β,5α,6β,25-tetrol-25-monoacetate and 24ζ-methylcholestane-3β,5α,6β,25-tetrol by analyses of their spectral data and compari-son with reported compounds.
