摘 要:在不同流量和分流比的多个工况下应用LDV/APV可适性激光多普勒测速仪,对35mm液液分离水力旋流器模型各锥段的不同截面进行了流场测量。实验结果表明,由于旋流介质的切向冲刷作用,大锥管段的测试效果比较好;随流量或分流比的增大,旋流分离能力均增强,旋流器中心的空气芯增粗;越往尾管段,空气芯脉动逐渐增强;在每条测量半径上,空气芯边缘和旋流器器壁附近,湍流度较大,半径中央区域内分布平缓。The velocity fields in a liquid-liquid hydrocyclone model were tested with a two-dimensional LDV/APV system under different conditions of flowrate and overflow ratio.It is showed that test of the cone-shaped part is more efficiency because of the scouring effect of tangential flow based experiment results. With the increase of flowrate or the split ratio, the separating capability was improved and the air core in the center of the hydrocyclone was thicker too. The air core fluctuation becomes stronger gradually from the entrance to the exit. At the edge of air cone and nearby the inner wall in every measuring radius, turbulence intensity was stronger,and the other position was weaker and flat.
