摘 要:基于巷道围岩松散破碎、两帮充填不实、木支架临时支护等复杂条件,分析了斜岭煤矿+60m水平运输大巷破坏机理及原因,提出“两步耦合注浆”新技术对该巷道进行维修,成功解决了支护难题,取得了良好的支护效果。实践表明,两步耦合注浆技术是解决松散破碎围岩支护的有效途径。The paper analyzed the failure mechanism and cause of the + 60 m level transportation roadway in Xieling Mine base on the surrounding rocks of the roadway, the not fully backfilled two side walls of the mine roadway, timber support and completed geological conditions. The paper provided the new two stage coupling grouting technology for the roadway repair, which could successfully solve the difficult support problem with a excellent support result. The practices showed that the two stage coupling grouting technology is an effective access to solve the difficult support problem of the incompact and fractured surrounding rock.
