薄层扫描法测定金银花中黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用薄层扫描法测定金银花中黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲的含量。方法:硅胶 G 薄层板,展开剂:氯仿-甲醇-水(61∶32∶5),显色:10%硫酸乙醇溶液喷雾,105℃烘烤约5min,双波长锯齿扫描,检测波长518nm,参比波长700nm。结果:黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲的线性范围为1.20～7.20μg,r=0.998。平均回收率为99.76%,RSD 为2.45%。结论:用于金银花中皂苷类成分的分析,本法简便、快速,重现性好。Objective:To determine fulvotomentoside A in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng by TLCS. Methods:The silica gel thin layer,developing solvent:chloroform-methanol-water(61:32:5),Coloration:neb- ulize 10% vitriol-ethanol solution,bake 5 minute at 105℃,the zigzag scanning method of dual wavelength was se- lected,λ_s=518 nm,λ_R=700 nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.2 μg～7.2μg for fulvotomentoside A(r=0.998).The average recoveries(n=5)were 99.76% for fulvotomentoside A(RSD= 2.45%).Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and reproducible.
