摘 要:目前油井水泥分散剂抗温耐盐性能较差,有缓凝或起气泡等副作用,不能满足深井固井中高温、高压、高含盐地层的要求,为此,研制了磺化醛酮缩聚物型分散剂SDJZ-1。以正交试验对磺化醛酮缩聚物合成工艺进行了最佳配比的优化选择,确定了最佳合成条件,并对该分散剂进行了系统评价和6口井的现场应用。试验结果表明:磺化醛酮缩聚物对水泥浆的流变性能具有很好的调控能力,分散效果显著,当磺化醛酮缩聚物固相加量为0.4%~0.8%时,水泥浆的初始稠度低,流性指数可由原浆的0.3升高到0.8,甚至达到1.0;有良好的抗温性、抗盐性,与降失水剂、缓凝剂等有很好的相容性,能满足深井等复杂地层的固井要求,具有广阔的应用前景。Nowadays, the temperature tolerance and brine tolerance of oil well cement dispersant are poor, and the dispersant has delayed coagulation or foaming side effect and can not meet the well cementing requests in high-temperature, high-pressure and highly saline formation. Thus, the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensate dispersant SDJZ-1 was developed. In this paper, orthogonal test is done for optimizing the synthetic condition of the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensate, and the best condition is selected. The system appraisement of this dispersant is made, and the dispersant has been used in 6 oil wells in field. The experimental data show that the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensate has an excellent rheological behavior control ability which can increase the flow behavior index from 0.3 to 0.8, even to 1.0, with an effective presence in an amount of 0.4%-0.8% by weight of the cement; the dispersant has a good capacity of thermos-resistant and salt-resistant; the dispersant has an excellent compatibility with the oil cement retarder and fluid loss control agent and so on. The field application indicates that its effect obvious, satisfying the well cement requests in deep wells and complex formations and has a broad application prospect.
