摘 要:为了优选钻井过程中成本低效果好的油层保护技术,在大庆外围油田4个区块开展了钻井液损害评价室内试验和油层保护技术筛选试验。根据不同体系的钻井液对岩心的固相损害程度、液相损害程度和总体损害程度试验结果,搞清了目前外围油田常用的3种体系的钻井液对油层的损害程度,试验结果表明,钻井液对低渗透油层的损害较大,损害程度最高达64.54%,且以液相损害为主,因此,对于外围低或特低渗透油田油层保护重点是降低外来流体的滤失量。通过油层保护技术筛选试验可知,加入液体抑制剂的改性钻井液可使岩心损害程度减少20.04个百分点,采用超细碳酸钙屏蔽暂堵技术可使岩心损害程度减少5个百分点左右,说明这2种技术达到了保护油层的目的。In order to optimize the effectual reservoir protection techniques with low costs during the drilling process, the damage appraisement experiment of drilling fluid and screening out experiment of reservoir protection techniques are carried out in four blocks of Daqing peripheral oilfield. According to the experiment data of the core solid phase damage degree, liquid phase damage degree and overall damage degree from different kinds of drilling fluid systems, the reservoir damage degree by three kinds of drilling fluid systems commonly used in Daqing peripheral oilfield is obviously. Experimental results indicate that the damage of the low permeable reservoir by drilling fluid is serious, the extent of damage is up to 64.54 %, and rely mainly on the fluid phase damage. The keystone of the reservoir protection in low permeable oilfield is to reduce the filter loss of the external fluid. From the screening out experiment of reservoir protection we can see that the modified drilling fluid with fluid inhibitor introduced can reduce the core damage degree by 20.04%, ultra fine calcium carbonate temporary plugging technology can reduce the core damage degree by about 5%. It proves that both techniques have achieved the goal of reservoir protection.
