摘  要:目的探讨丹参对化学性急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的防治作用及可能机制。方法经股静脉注射油酸复制大鼠ARDS模型,应用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术观察大鼠肺内活性氧(ROS)自由基的生成情况,同时检测血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,进行肺湿干重、肺系数测定及肺组织病理学检查,并与使用丹参组大鼠结果进行比较。结果丹参组ARDS大鼠肺内ROS含量显著降低,SOD活力升高,MDA生成减少,肺湿干重、肺系数及病理学指标亦得到显著改善。结论丹参对化学性ARDS具有防治作用,其机制之一与减少体内活性氧自由基的生成有关。Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on ARDS and its mechanism.Method A rat model of ARDS was produced by femoral vein injection of oleic acid.Electron spin resonance(ESR)technique was used to measure the reactive oxygen species(ROS)in lung tissue,meanwhile,the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in plasma,and the lung dry weight,lung wet weight,lung coefficient and pathological examination on lung were performed too.Result All the indices performed in the study were obviously improved in salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge group,such as ROS content in lung tissues reduced,plasma activity of SOD increased,plasma MDA level dropped,the pathological changes also got better.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge has preventive and therapeutic effects on ARDS,which might partially be related to its cleaning effect on ROS.
