摘　　要：本文探讨远程教育网上教学质量监控信息系统的建模问题。首先,使用了复杂性思想的方法论作为建模原则,利用文献研究方法综合分析了国内外近十年来网上教学质量元素分析和质量监控方面的研究成果。其次,利用系统科学的方法,从背景与多维度角度构建网上教学过程质量监控的系统模型,并从整体上分析各子系统的内涵与作用。最后给出了系统所包含的整体质量信息。There are a large number of elements affecting quality assurance in online teaching in distance education.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the elements in the teaching process is of great importance.Based on an extensive literature review,the author of this paper uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to analyze the research outcomes on the elements of teaching quality and quality assurance systems of the past decade.Using system science methods,the author proposes a framework for monitoring information regarding the quality of online teaching in distance education.All elements in the online teaching process are included in this framework and the function of each sub-system is analyzed.Subsystems include network infrastructure,network services,online learning resources,learning support,online teaching evaluation and instructional design.
