摘　　要：　从农杆菌介导的基因转化机理、应用范围、影响转化频率的主要因素、转化特点等方面论述了近几年的研究进展.The gene transformation mediated by Agrobacteria is an important approach in plant improvement. Here, recent progresses are dealt with, including gene transformation mechanism, its area of application, characteristics of transformation and the major factors influencing the ratio of transformation.
