摘　　要：介绍了一种新型成形模具的设计思路,变一般上下冲切为旋转滚切,既简化了模具结构,又提高了生产速度,并对模具中的关键零件滚切刀片的制造工艺进行了简要的介绍。A new concept for design of the die for forming the heat-emission parts in the flat pipes of the diesel engine heat exchangers is introduced.The usual up-down stamping has been changed to rolling method which has not only simplified the die structure,but also increased the production rate.The process for manufacturing the key part of the die,rolling blade,is introduced briefly.
