摘　　要：介绍了一种可成型超大型精密复杂形状塑件的成型工艺———塑料注射、压缩复合成型工艺,并设计了实现该成型工艺的模具。该成型工艺集成了塑料注射成型工艺和塑料压缩成型工艺的优点,生产效率较高,容易实现自动化,生产环境良好。A technological process for forming super large,precision and complicated plastic parts,injection and shaping compound forming process,is introduced.The mould for realize this forming process has been designed.This forming process has integrated the advantages of injection process and shaping process for plastics.The production efficiency is high,the process automation is easy to realize and the production environment is good.
