摘　　要：目的为加强基层医院儿童保健工作组织管理,提高儿童体检质量,为儿保工作提供有价值的参考资料。方法对某镇区十年来8000名儿童保健工作中存在的问题进行综合分析。结果1.组织管理工作力度不够;2.保健人员专业知识不足,保健质量达不到要求。结论加强儿童保健组织管理工作,加大健康教育宣传力度,成立专业的儿童保健医疗队,配备与人口相当的医护保健人员是保证社区儿童服务质量,提高我国儿童身体素质的重要保障。Objective The aim of this article is to provide some useful refer- ence on improving organizing and management, the quality of child physical checkup and child health service in basic-level hospitals. Methods Analysis of deficiencies in child care cases of certain township in 10 years. Results 1. Organizing and management is not well enough. 2.Health workers lack of specific knowledge, and the quality of child care is unsatisfactory. Conclusion Measures including strengthening organizing and management, reinforcing propaganda, es- tablishing specific medical teams, increasing health workers will help to enhance the community child health service and improve children’s physical condition.
