摘　　要：文章主要总结已有上市公司国有股减持流通试点公司选择的经验和教训,提出了选择试点公司(或行业)的标准,并且运用层次分析法从19个竞争性行业中选出最佳的试点行业,为国有股流通决策提供参考。<Abstrcat>The paper summarized the experience and lesson on the reduction and circulation of state-owned stocks of the pilot listed company, put forward the standard of choosing the pilot company (or the trade ),and elected the best pilot trade from 19 competitiveness trades by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, which offers reference for the decision of the circulation of state-owned stocks.
