摘　　要：目的评价TDP特定电磁波对复杂性肛瘘术后恢复的治疗效果。方法2000年8月—2004年8月,将320例复杂性肛瘘患者按入院次序分两组,对照组按常规处理,治疗组自术后第2天始对患者肛部切口进行TDP照射。前瞻性比较两组间术后疼痛评分、运动功能指数、排便受阻时间、住院时间及创面愈合时间的差异。结果治疗组术后第7,14天疼痛评分,第7,14天运动功能指数,排便受阻时间,住院时间及创面愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论复杂肛瘘术后进行肛部TDP特定电磁波理疗可促进伤口愈合,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective To assess the effects of postoperative anal physiothrapywith TDP special electromagnetic waves on complex anal fistula.Methods All the 320 patients with complex anal fistula from August, 2000 to August, 2004 were divided into control group and treatment group at random. Anal physiothrapy with TDPspecial electromagnetic waves was carried out in treatment group from the second day after operation. Such indexes as postoperative pain score, movement function index, obstructive bowl movement time, hospitalization time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in such indexes as pain score, movement function index, obstmctive bowl movement time, hospitalization time and wound healing time between them (P<0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion Anal physiotherapy with TDP special electfomagnetic waves can enhance postoperative recovery of complex anal fistula.
