辛可芬与8-羟基喹啉稀土三元配合物的合成及有关烧伤的药学性质研究

摘　　要：合成了3种辛可芬(2-苯基喹啉-4-甲酸,HL)与8-羟基喹啉(HQ)的稀土(Ln)三元配合物,通过元素分析,摩尔电导,UV,IR,1HNMR等的研究,确定配合物的化学组成为Ln(HQ)(L)3·H2O(Ln=Ce(Ⅲ),Nd(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)),观察了它们的抗炎作用、半数致死量(LD50)和在霜剂中的配伍稳定性.The ternary complexes of Ln(Ⅲ) with 8-hydroxyquinathroline(HQ) and cinchophen(2-phenyl-quinoline-4-carboxylic, HL) had been synthesized and their composition, solubility, molar conductance, UV, IR, 1HNMR and XPS studied. The composition formulas of Ln(HQ)(L)3·H2O[Ln=Ce(Ⅲ), Nd(Ⅲ), Sm(Ⅲ)] for the complexes were determined. The ligands were coordinated to the Ln(Ⅲ) ion in an chelating(bidentate) form. The stability on Gremor, LD50 and anti-inflammaatory action of complexes have been determinated.
