农民生存发展空间与耕地利用行为探讨——以湖南省浏阳市为例

摘　　要：对农民生存发展空间与农民耕地利用行为的关系进行理论分析,运用经济学、行为科学的相关理论分析农民对耕地利用行为的选择及其影响,表明自然和社会经济环境所决定的农民生存发展空间对农民的耕地利用行为将产生重要影响,农民耕地利用行为的选择是农民在其生存发展空间不宽的情况下,以耕地利用产生的经济效益为主要导向所做出的理性选择。并以湖南省浏阳市为例,通过对农民耕地利用行为的考察来验证上述理论的分析结论,实证分析的结果在一定程度上表明理论分析的结论是一致的。This paper analyzes the relationship between farmers’ survival and development space and their behavior of land use by applying theories of economics and behavior science, and finds out that farmers’ survival and development space determined by natural and social economic environments has a significant effect on farmers’ land use behavior. A case study of Liuyang City, Hunan Province, was carried out so as to verify the theoretical hypothesis of farmers’ behavior of land use. To some extent, the results of the investigation confirm the theoretical analysis.
