中药方剂对鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎的治疗效果研究  

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine in Curing Staphylococcus Arthritis in Chicken and Some Biochemical Values in Serum

摘　　要：选100羽8周龄健康海兰褐商品蛋鸡,通过关节腔直接注射金葡菌的方法复制鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎的病理模型,并在饲料中添加一定比例的中药进行治疗,运用血清学方法对试验动物的血清生化指标进行动态研究,从而探讨中药方剂对鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎的治疗效果。研究结果发现:金荞麦、艾叶等中药组成的方剂可以明显地恢复血清中与肝脏、心脏和肾脏功能相关的生化指标如白蛋白(Alb)、总蛋白(TP)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH-L)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)和尿酸(UA)的水平,从而在鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎发生发展中可以保护以上各个脏器免受损伤。因此认为,金荞麦、艾叶等中药组成的方剂可以预防和治疗鸡葡萄球菌性关节炎。Healthy chickens were injected with Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) into right hock to develop experimental S. aureus arthritis, which would be used to study the biochemical values in serum so as to determine the effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine supplemented into feed by ratio. The results showed that the Chinese Herbal Medicine which included Radix Fagopyri Cymosi and Artemisia argyi could recover the value of Alb,TP, AST,LDH-L,αHBDH and UA relating to liver, heart and kidney, and could protect these organs from the hurt of Staphylococcus aureus. Thus it is proved that the Chinese Herbal Medicine including Radix fagopyri cymosi and Artemisia argyi can prevent and cure Staphylococcus arthritis in chickens.
