摘  要:通过运用由美国热电子公司生产的680HVM型碳氢化合气体分析仪,确定了该仪器的最佳使用条件及泄漏量计算模式。利用该仪器两次对川西北气矿平丹输气管线上4个输气场站的设备进行泄漏检测,并用美国ENVIROMETRICS软件公司的F.E.M.S(fugitiveemissionsmanagementsystem)泄漏管理软件对所测数据进行处理,得出了所需要的天然气泄漏量的有关数据(即天然气泄漏量报告、泄漏点报告、泄漏点汇总报告、泄漏率报告等)。通过分析所得结果,认识到了对输气场站及时进行天然气外泄的检测并及时整改泄漏设备,对于防止和杜绝天然气泄漏、减少事故隐患十分必要。With 680HVM Hydrocarbon gas analyzer produced by American Thermo Electric Com., the optical working conditions and the leakage calculation mode of the analyzer are determined. Using the analyzer, the leakage is detected twice for the equipment in the 4 gas transmission stations of Northwest Sichuan Gas Mine along Ping-Dan gas pipeline. And using F. E. M. S. (Fugitive emissions management system) software developed by American Enviro Metrics Com., the data are processed. The relative information of gas leakage (such as the leaking volume report, the leaking location report, the total leaking points report, the leaking rate report, etc.) is achieved. According to the analysis conclusion, it is necessary for gas transmission stations to detect gas leakage and repair the leaking equipment in time to prevent gas leakage and reduce hiding accidents, also it is very important to protect the atmospheric environment and create the better economic benefit for the enterprises.
