摘  要:报道了采用以沸石为填料的生物滴滤器净化处理味精厂内挥发性恶臭废气的试验结果。在一定的试验条件下,当高强度恶臭废气的进气量<3.0m3/h时,系统除臭效果显著,这为净化以味精厂内恶臭废气为代表的多组分复杂气体提供了切实可行的新技术,具有很好的市场应用前景。此外,研究表明,在净化氨氮臭气取得良好效果的生物膜基础之上,加入特定菌液能较快地培养出适宜处理味精厂内恶臭废气的微生物种群,且能获得满意的净化效果。This paper reports the experimental results of the use of a trickle-bed air biofilter (TBAB) packed with zeolite filter for the odor removal of the volatile gas produced in monosodium glutamate plants. Under specified conditions, the TBAB has a marked deodorizing performance for the waste gas of high intensity with the gas flow rate below 3 m3/h. Such system can offer a new technique to purify complex gases containing many components such as the odorous gas in monosodium glutamate plants. And thus there are great market application prospects.In addition, this research demonstrates that on the basis of the biofilm that disposes of ammonia nitrogen gas efficiently, the microbiological species, suitable for the treatment of odorant in monosodium glutamate plants, can be cultivated quickly through adding the special liquid biota. At the same time, the TBAB appears to be quite satisfactory purification capacity.
