摘　　要：目的观察异丙酚联合芬太尼静脉麻醉下实施人工流产手术的镇痛效果。方法对麻醉起效、苏醒时间;镇痛效果;宫口松驰度;术前、术中、术后的血压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度及术中出血量和有无不良反应进行观察。结果异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术镇痛有效率为100%,宫颈松驰良好达98.01%,无1例人流综合征发生。结论异丙酚联合芬太尼静脉麻醉下人工流产术是解除术中病人疼痛的一种理想方法。Objective To explore the analgesic effect of Propofol combined with Fentangl intravenous anaesthesia on induced abortion. Methods The starting and lasting time of anaesthesia, analgesic effect, cervical relaxation, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, SPO 2, bleeding condition and side effects during operation were observed. Results The analgesic effective rate was 100%. The cervical relaxation rate was 98.6%. No case had the abortive syndrome. Conclusions Propofol combined with Fentangl intravenous anaesthesia is a good method for practicing painless induced abortion.
