摘　　要：目的观察硫普罗宁在化疗中预防白细胞减少作用。方法化疗期间应用硫普罗宁0.2g静滴,观察化疗前后血象变化。结果治疗组白细胞值下降幅度及例数较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论硫普罗宁联合化疗可预防白细胞减少。Objective To observe the effect of tiopronin in preventing leukopenia during chemotherapy Methods Tiopronin were used for 0.2gram during chemotherapy. The change of leukocyte was observed after and before chemotherapy.(Results)The level and number of leukopenia in the Tiopronin therapeutic group after chemotherapy was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Tiopronin can prevent leukopenia during chemotherapy.
