摘  要:该文研究了实现宽带EBG(Electromagnetic Band-Gap)结构的方法。仿真结果表明利用周期渐变技术可以明显增加阻带带宽,进而采用单元尺寸加窗技术可以改善通带和阻带的平坦度。在该文的例子中,-20dB的阻带带宽增加了2096以上,3GHz以下的通带插损小于0.4dB。制作了相应的实际电路,实验结果与仿真结果基本相符。A method obtaining broad-band EBG (Electromagnetic Band-Gap) structure is studied in this paper. The simulated results show that the band-width of band-gap is enlarged using method of changing period linearly, and the smoothness of pass band and band-gap are improved using techniques of windowing unit's size. For the example presented in this paper, - 20dB bandwidth of band-gap is increased by 20%, and the insertion loss is less than 0.4dB for pass-band below 3GHz. Several circuits are manufactured, and the measured results are basically accordant to simulated results.
