摘　　要：大学孵化器是由高校主办的培育和扶植高校新创科技企业的服务机构,其孵化功能主要体现在培育创业精神、构建公共平台、建立信息网络等方面。从我国大学孵化器的实际运作来看,不同的大学孵化器在发挥其孵化功能方面具有不同的特点。University Technology Business Incubators (UTBIs) are the service organizations which nurture New Technology-based Firms, sponsored by Universities. UTBIs' functions focus on cultivating entrepreneurship, establishing the share platform, and building communicating network. Investigating Chinese UTBIs' operation, they have different aspects influencing the function of UTBI.
