摘  要:热模/等温锻造技术克服了模具的激冷影响,获得了均匀的变形。利用材料的超塑特性:低变形抗力及高延伸率,实现了钛合金的近净形/净形锻造,实现了小设备生产大型锻件,已经成为可接受的,经济可行的近净形/净形生产工艺。热模/等温锻造技术的进一步发展将增加采用先进技术的程度,大大提高钛合金、高温合金及其他先进合金的锻造水平。The chill effect of the forging die has been overcome by hot die/isothermal precision forging techniques leading to the uniform deformation of the forgings. Near net shape/net shape forging of titanium alloy has been realized due to the super-plasticity of the forging materials, i. e. lower resistance to deformation and higher elongation. It becomes possible to produce large forgings with relatively smaller equipment. Hot die/isothermal precision forging techniques have been accepted in near net shape/ net shape forging application economically. The further development of hot die/isothermal precision forging techniques will increase the extent of application of advanced techniques, and greatly upgrade the level of forging titanium alloys, superalloys and other advanced alloys.
