摘 要:结合γ2射线辐照改性PBO纤维表面技术,将辐照介质(接枝体化合物)作为树脂基体的一个成分设计出环氧树脂基体配方。通过浸润试验、树脂浇铸体力学试验、纤维湿法缠绕工艺试验和Microbond界面剪切试验等方法研究了树脂基体的各项性能。结果表明,与另外几种常用的树脂基体相比,本文设计的树脂基体与表面改性PBO纤维的浸润性能和界面粘接性能有明显的提高。树脂浇铸体力学性能满足高性能纤维复合材料的要求。An epoxy resin matrix with a grafting component used for modified PBO fiber was designed. The grafting component produced a coupling action between PBO fiber and resin matrix. The properties of the resin matrix were studied and analyzed by wetting test, resin casting test,wet filament winding and microbond test. It was indicated that the wetting property of the modified PBO fiber by the solution of this resin matrix and acetone and interfacing adhesion of its composites were significantly improved as compared with those of several other resin matrix. The properties of the resin matrix met the requirements for high performance fiber reinforced composites.
