摘　　要：换向阀是蓄热式加热炉的关键设备,也是加热炉安全可靠运行的保证。通过对蓄热式加热炉换向阀在使用过程中出现故障的分析,介绍了换向阀在生产过程中容易出现的故障与处理方法,说明换向阀正确维护的重要性。<Abstrcat> The direction-changing valve is not only a key unit of the regenerative reheating furnace, but also a reliable guarantee to safe running of reheating furnace. Through analyzing some faults occurred in the operation of the direction-changing valve, the faults during the production is introduced and the method of solving the faults is found. So proper maintenance to the direction_changing valve is very important.
