摘  要:目的:研究豆科仪花属植物单刀根Lysidicerhodostegia的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、SephadexLH20、HPLC等色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到13个化合物,分别为(-)-5′-methoxyisolariciresinol3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ)、(+)5′methoxyisolariciresinol3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ)、()lyoniresinol3-α-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(Ⅲ)、白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Ⅳ)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,Ⅴ)、2羟基羽扇豆醇(2hydroxylupeol,Ⅵ)、白桦酸(betulinicacid,Ⅶ)、sitosteryl3-β-glucoside6′Opalmitate(Ⅷ)、二十一酸-3-谷甾醇酯(heneicosanic3Oβsitosterolate,Ⅸ)、没食子酸(gallicacid,Ⅹ)、棕榈酸(palmiticacid,Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅻ)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,ⅩⅢ)。结论:13个化合物均为首次从单刀根中分离得到。AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Lysidice rhodostegia Hance.METHOD: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULT: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the titled plant and were identified as(-)-5′-methoxyisolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),(+)-5′-methoxy-isolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ), (-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ), resveratrol(Ⅳ), lupeol(Ⅴ), 2-hydroxy-lupeol(Ⅵ), betulinic acid (Ⅶ), sitosteryl 3β-glucoside 6′-O-palmitate(Ⅷ), heneicosanic-3-O-β-sitosterolate (Ⅸ), gallic acid (Ⅹ), palmitic acid (Ⅺ), daucosterol (Ⅻ), β-sitosterol (ⅩⅢ). CONCLUSION: These compounds were obtained from Lysidice rhodostegia for the first time.
