摘 要:针对电网的无功/电压水平考核问题,提出了一种综合应用灵敏度分析和最优潮流的实用化考核方法。当供电公司所辖电网内有节点电压越限时,通过计算各负荷节点的注入无功功率对节点电压变化的灵敏度,可以直接根据考核点的电压偏差求得相应的无功功率偏差;当所有节点电压都在规定范围内时,以全网有功网损最小为目标函数进行最优潮流计算,求得各节点的最优无功补偿量。该方法考虑了电网运行的安全性和经济性,考核结果可以为供电公司实施关于无功/电压水平考核的奖惩提供科学的决策依据,同时也可以对供电公司合理进行无功补偿起到指导作用。To assess power system reactive power/voltage level a practical assessment method integratively applying the sensitivity analysis and optimal power flow is proposed. When the nodal voltage in the jurisdictional network of power supply company exceeds the limit, by means of calculating the sensitivity of reactive power injected into the load node to nodal voltage variation, the corresponding reactive power deviation can be obtained according to the voltage deviation at the assessment node. When all of nodal voltages are within the specified range, taking the minimum power loss of network as the objective function the optimal power flow is calculated and the most optimal reactive power compensation at each node is solved. The proposed method considers both security and economy of power system operation. The assessment result can be used as the foundation of decision-making for the power supply company to implement the rewards and punishments based on reactive power/voltage assessment and guide the rational reactive power compensation.
