On Consultation of Libraries in Universities in Era of Network

摘　　要：网络时代,地方高校图书馆应积极开展参考咨询服务工作。为此,试依据其理想化模式的框架,从如何把握传统服务和数字化服务的共存模式,建立科学实用的参考信息源,准确定位参考咨询的基本工作方式及合理设置参考咨询员等层面进行实质性探讨,并提出深化地方高校图书馆信息咨询服务的相应对策。Libraries should take an active part in the consultation in era of network. In accordance with the ideal pattern of consultation, we should consider the following: how to deal with the coexistence of traditional service and digital service; how to establish storage of practical and scientific consultation information, and how to fix the patterns of consultation and choose consultants reasonably. The paper puts forth some countermeasures to improve the consultation in some local universities.
