摘　　要：针对人力资本计量的非线性特征,本文将BP神经网络引入人力资本模拟预测领域,运用BP网络高度并行互联结构和高速的自学习、自适应处理能力,对我国各地区人力资本投资进行预测研究,解决了人力资本投资计量必须建立模型的问题。This paper introduces BP neural networks to the simulated prediction of human capital based on the nonlinear characteristics of human capital measure, and applies the high-speed, parallel, and inter-linked structure of BP networks and theirhigh-speed self-study and self-adaptation capability to the prediction research of human capital investment of 31 provinces and cities inChina. This leads to the solution of the problem that a model must be constructed to measure the human capital investment.
