暖季型草坪草诱变育种研究Ⅱ.矮生百慕大化学诱变后代外部性状变异分析

摘　　要：通过对1999年以来经过化学诱变得到的杂交狗牙根品种“Tifdwarf”的诱变后代的6个坪用性状指标的统计分析,初步得出以下结论:(1)秋水仙碱诱变的后代中,0.1%秋水仙碱处理的后代的叶片宽且长,而节间则比0.25%、0.4%秋水仙碱处理的后代细;(2)0.1%秋水仙碱浓度处理24h的后代的节间直径高于同样浓度秋水仙碱48h处理得到的后代,而相同秋水仙碱浓度相同时间处理的后代间也存在差异;(3)在0.1%～0.4%浓度范围的秋水仙碱处理24h或48h可以改变叶片宽度(以变窄为主),也可以使节间变粗,而对节间长度、密度和草层高度则没有什么影响。Six characters of 10 mutants of Cynodon dactylon × C.transvaalensis cv.' Tifdwarf 'were analyzed in this paper,which were induced by colchicine in 1999.The results showed that:(1)the width and length of leaf of mutants induced by 0.1% colchicines were higher and the internode diameter of that were lower than the mutants induced by 0.25% and 0.4% colchicines;(2)the internode diameter of mutants induced by 0.1% concentration colchicines treated 24 hours were higher than that of mutants induced by the same concentration colchicines treated 48 hours,and there was difference among mutants induced by colchicines at the same concentration and treating time;(3)leaf width of mutants induced by colchicines at 0.1% to 0.4% concentration and 24 or 48 hours treating time were different (became narrow mainly) and internode became wider,but no obvious change had been found with internode length,density and turf height.
