摘　　要：本文分析了我国在外文期刊的收藏和利用中与国外的差距,提出构建国家外文学术期刊“样本库”的设想,并就构建中应注意的4个问题,以及“样本库”产生的作用作了论述,以期使我国的外文学术期刊收藏水平适应学术科研发展的需要。The article analyzes the differences between China and foreign countries in collecting and utilizing foreign language periodicals.It proposes to construct a national'sample storehouse'for foreign language academic periodicals.Four problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of 'sample storehouse'and the role of'sample storehouse'are discussed in the hope of making the storage level of foreign language academic periodicals in China suited to the need of the development of scientific research.
