浅谈发展金融工程对提高金融效率的作用

摘　　要：金融工程是未来金融的发展方向,我国应该积极发展金融工程,促进金融效率的提高,以实现金融可持续发展。本文从金融效率的含义出发,结合我国金融效率的现实状况,分别从微观和宏观角度分析了发展金融工程的必要性,并针对我国在金融改革中某些有悖于金融效率的问题,提出了具体的政策建议。In the finance reform, China should pay attention to the financial efficiency. Financial engineering represents the direction of finance. Financial engineering and finance efficiency have inner-relation. China should develop financial engineering actively in order to raise the finance efficiency to realize the sustaining development. The essay begins with the implication of finance efficiency, and introduces the present situation of China. The essay also explains the necessity of developing financial engineering. In the light of problems in the finance reform, the essay gives some suggestions.
