摘　　要：出口信用证打包贷款是外汇指定银行向选择以信用证为结算方式的出口商所发放的装船前短期融资方式。由于有信用证正本作抵押,这种贷款的风险常被一些银行忽视或不能引起足够的重视,结果造成了不可挽回的损失。文章对这种贷款的风险成因和对策进行了探讨,以期为外汇指定银行提高此类信贷风险防范能力提供一些有益的参考。A packing loan under export L/C refers to the short-term financing offered by foreign exchange banks to an exporter who chooses L/C as a means of settlement. However, the potential risks are often neglected by some banks for they are sure that the original L/C is kept as a collateral which would be a guarantee. The paper aims to discuss the possible risks and the countermeasures, hoping that foreign exchange commercial banks will attach attention to guarding against such loans.
