益欣康泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益欣康泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法:将68例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为联合治疗组(益欣康泰胶囊+尼尔雌醇)和对照组(尼尔雌醇) ,观察并比较2组有效率及临床改善情况。结果:联合治疗组有效率为88 .24 % ,高于对照组的61.76 % (P<0. 05) ;联合治疗组对疲乏、心悸、失眠和性欲下降的疗效显著高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:益欣康泰胶囊联合尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效优于单用尼尔雌醇,能够更好的改善患者的临床症状。OBJECTIVE:To study the therapeutic effect of yixinkangtai capsul e with nilestriol on perimenopausal synˉdrome.METHODS:68female patients suffering from perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into united therapy group(yixinkangtai capsule+nilestriol)and the control group(nilestriol),the effective rates and the amelioration of clinical symptoms of the2groups were observed and compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of the united therapy group was88.24%,which is significantly higher than the control group(61.76%)(P<0.05);The curative effects of the united therapy group on fatigue,palpitation,agrypnia and descent of sexuality were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).CO_ NCLUSION:The curative effect of nilestriol with yixinkangtai capsule on perimenopausal syndrome was higher than that of singly-used nilestriol,and the united therapy can ameliorate patients'clinical symptoms more effectively.
