摘  要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星和醋酸地塞米松含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为XDB -C8,流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾液(0 .02mol/L)并梯度洗脱,流速为1 0ml/min ,柱温为30℃,检测波长为240nm。结果:氧氟沙星、醋酸地塞米松检测浓度分别在100~500μg/ml、10~30μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100. 6 % (RSD=0 .46 % ,n=9)、101 .3 % (RSD=0. 72 % ,n=9)。结论:本方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于复方氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星和醋酸地塞米松的含量测定。OBJECTIVE:To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determinatio n of ofloxacin and dexamethasone acˉetate in compound ofloxacin ear drops.METHODS:The analysis was carried on a XDB-C 8 ,the mobile phase was composed of methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.02mol/L)by gradient elution,the flow rate was1.0ml/min,the column temˉperature was30℃and the detection wavelength was at240nm.RESULTS:The detectable concentrations of ofloxacin and dexamethasone acetate showed good linear correlation in the ranges of100~500μg/ml and10~30μg/ml respectively,the avˉerage recoveries of ofloxacin and dexamethasone acetate were100.6%(RSD=0.46%,n=9)and101.3%(RSD=0.72%,n=9)respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and reproducible and can be used for determination of ofloxacin and dexamethasone acetate in compound ofloxacin ear drops.
