摘　　要：城市竞争力是指一定环境中,一个城市在发展过程中所具有的吸引、争夺、拥有、控制和转化资源,以创造价值、财富,提高居民生活水平和城市可持续发展的能力。城市竞争优势的发挥以及演进取决于城市竞争力各影响因素———"资源/能力"的组合和互动。文章首先对城市竞争的动态过程、城市竞争力的影响因素的动态组合演变特征规律,以及城市竞争优势的静态和动态决定要素特征进行了分析,在此基础上归纳出城市竞争优势的驱动阶段。通过竞争优势阶段的理论探讨,可以判断出一个城市某一时段的竞争驱动力量和竞争力阶段,从而制定相应的竞争战略和经营策略。The urban competitive advantages rely on the combination and interaction of each influential factor. The factor combination of internal resources and capacities reflects, at the same time, determines the urban competitive situation and the core capacities. On one side, factors of different cities at the same time show different static organization states thus come different types of urban competition. On the other hand, as a dynamic progressive procession, one city at different time has different competitiveness influential factor organization. Because of this, the urban competitive advantages take on time_series characteristics. Combinations of influential factors of UC can be mirrored through urban production factors which have the following three rules of organization: firstly, the advanced factors succeed the initial production factors. The second is the succession of specialized factors from generalized factors. And the last is the succession of crucial resources and core capacities from barely crucial factors. As a dynamic procession, the urban competition depends on the crucial resources, advantageous varieties and quantities, and depends mostly on the continuous innovation and self_improvement. Therefore, stages of urban competition can be further summed up into three stages, the initial factors driven, the investment driven and the innovation driven.
