摘　　要：目的研究复方乳酸依沙丫啶乳膏的制备工艺、质量标准及临床疗效。方法制定制备工艺,制剂应用高效液相色谱法测定乳酸依沙丫啶、盐酸苯海拉明、盐酸达克罗宁的含量,并对其疗效进行临床观察。结果复方乳酸依沙丫啶乳膏经临床应用总有效率为86.5%。结论复方乳酸依沙丫啶乳膏制备方法简单易行,标准可控,疗效确切。Objective To study the preparation,quality standard and clinical effects of Ethacridine Cream.Methods The contents of Ethacridine,Diphenhydramine and Dyclonine in the cream were determined by HPLC and the clinical effects were observed compared with Pikangshuang Cream.Results The total effective rate of Ethacridine Cream was 86.5%.Conclusion The therapcutic effects of Ethacridine Cream was reliable and the method of the preparation is convenient and simple.
